An inspiring impact benchmark
to promote positive initiatives
in the service of the transition
We believe in the ability of humans to create, innovate and invent new ways of doing and being. With you, we will support the actors of change through our financing solution. We give investors the freedom to invest with confidence in projects that are meaningful and create value.
Our impact benchmark - Through its 4 compasses - is our vision of the world of tomorrow. A company at the service of social and environmental value(s) to return to what really matters.

The state of mind
from our impact benchmark
At Human For Impact, we asked ourselves what a desirable world would be like tomorrow. To do this, we asked various transition stakeholders to define the future we would like to move towards to characterize a project with a positive impact.
For us, a positive impact project is an individual or collective initiative that allows everyone, according to their strengths and values, to act on their own scale and with their uniqueness. We are all pioneers of something. We all have a role to play. At H4I, we start with the alternatives that are built day after day to support them and create a virtuous and inspiring dynamic between them.
How ?
For what ?
“Together, let’s work to support projects with a strong societal impact and guaranteeing a return on investment”
To characterize societal utility, that is, the contribution of a project or organization to creating a positive impact.
To promote the initiatives of an individual or a team by drawing on the experience of committed entrepreneurs and developing their power to act.
To build new imaginaries around our 4 compasses reconciling societal impact and creation of value(s).
By supporting them through an innovative financing solution.
By supporting them in the evaluation and monitoring of their impact, but also of their economic model before, during and after fundraising.
By highlighting the strengths of their initiatives.
